Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RevFactor CFO (the “Service”), operated by RevFactor (“RevFactor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

1. The Service

RevFactor CFO is a financial analytics and reporting platform for short-term rental operators. It imports data from connected sources (such as your property management system, PriceLabs, and—optionally—your bank), aggregates property financials, and provides dashboards, reports, and AI-assisted insights. The Service is a software tool to assist your decision-making; it is not a substitute for professional advice.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Connected Accounts & Authorizations

When you connect a third-party service (for example, a PMS, PriceLabs, or a bank account), you authorize RevFactor to access and retrieve data from that service on your behalf using the credentials or tokens you provide. You represent that you have the right to grant this access. You may disconnect a source at any time; doing so stops future syncing but does not by itself delete previously imported data.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-powered features that generate analysis, summaries, and recommendations using a third-party model provider. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You should independently verify any figures or recommendations before relying on them. RevFactor does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and AI output does not constitute such advice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access data you are not authorized to access, or upload data you do not have the right to use.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or third-party terms (including those of your connected providers).
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

6. Your Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of the data you provide and connect. You grant RevFactor a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you. Our handling of personal and financial data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion permanently removes your application data, including properties, connections, financial records, and AI chat history, and cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

8. Fees

Some plans may require payment. Where fees apply, they will be disclosed before you incur them. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IMPORTED OR AI-GENERATED DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVFACTOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
